We audited 6 businesses owned by a PSGE from a HS perspective and implemented action plans for these businesses to become legally compliant, including the implementation of Safe365. We helped create a HS Committee structure and policy and procedures manual to enable these businesses to continue to remain compliant. This work moved the organisation and its officers from a position of significant HS risk to one that is legally compliant with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. For us this is really powerful as it means that team members will be arriving safe and well to their whanau at the end of each day.
